We worked hard to make our pumpkins and have made a movie describing what they look like.
Here is what we did to make our pumpkins:
- Mixed red and yellow fingerpaint to make orange
- Cut out our pumpkins
- Tore black paper to make a face
- Recorded our voices decribing our pumpkins
Through this activity we worked on:
- experimenting with new materials (fingerpaint)
- experimenting with mixing colors
- practiced our cutting skills
- represented our ideas (making a face for our pumpkins)
- communicated our ideas (recorded our voices)
